Cook County Government 31st Floor Remodel

Level-1 and BCL, as a joint venture, were contracted by CBRE to provide technology solutions for 69 West Washington, the office tower for Cook County Government. The project’s scope was to provide technology infrastructure for the renovation of the 21,000 sf 31st floor. The consolidated offices of the Bureau of Asset Management (BAM) and the Land Bank Authority (LBA) would be housed in the newly renovated space, which would include private offices/huddle rooms, conference rooms, open area furniture systems, collaborative spaces, reception areas, and break rooms.

The Level-1-BCL JV was responsible for the technology systems and related infrastructure. This included security systems, including access control, emergency phones, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems; Audio-Visual systems, including interior structured cabling, Wi-Fi, Telephone, audio/visual, and networking systems.
