During this phase, we define project success and draft a project charter statement that identifies who the project manager is, the boundaries of his or her authority, and a summary of the project scope and deliverables. We ensure that we have a grasp of requirements and input required to develop a clear and consistent communication plan with project sponsors and stakeholders. In addition, Level-(1) works with the client to ensure that the project goals are in line with the organization’s strategic plan. |
