What is TLPM™?
Total Lifecycle Project Management™ is a methodology developed exclusively for Level-(1) to achieve optimal results. It consists of nine core processes that are implemented throughout each of the five cycle phases of a project.
Research and experience shows that project costs and time lines are negatively impacted, and quality and performance suffer, when projects are poorly planned. The five lifecycle phases of a project capture all planning and implementation processes and procedures.
