We call this the “go/no go” phase. The planning process is completed  with key deliverables: 1) a detailed ‘future state infrastructure design’ that includes blueprints depicting space layouts and designs, and 2) a comprehensive implantation plan. By now, the overall scope of the project has been defined, risks have been identified and prioritized, and pilot projects have been executed, as appropriate, to test for the potential and impact of risks and to develop mitigation strategies.
