The final project is delivered to the client. Deliverables include final inspections, system commissioning and, upon acceptance, discharge to the client. Training materials also are provided to transfer knowledge to employees who will have to understand and manage the new infrastructure. The overall solution is evaluated, including reviews of project performance against the plan.
